About MK Consulting

A strategic advisory platform built for cross-border growth, executive access, and practical execution.

MK Consulting works with organizations navigating complex commercial and institutional environments across aviation, aerospace, drones, advanced mobility, trade, and adjacent strategic sectors.

Firm overview

MK Consulting is designed for organizations that need more than generic advisory language. The firm supports market entry, partnership design, commercial positioning, sourcing-related strategy, regulatory framing, and stakeholder alignment in environments where technical nuance and commercial judgment must operate together.

The consultancy’s work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. That means helping clients clarify where to play, who to engage, how to position, and what practical steps are required to turn opportunity into executable market presence.

The operating footprint spans East Africa, the Indian Ocean region, Europe, and North America, with selected reach into broader international markets. In Africa, the advisory emphasis includes commercially grounded growth in aviation, logistics, infrastructure-linked projects, drones, training platforms, and ecosystem-building initiatives.

Operating philosophy

  • Senior, relationship-led advisory rather than volume consulting.
  • Commercial growth logic integrated with regulatory, institutional, and operational reality.
  • Executive-quality outputs built for boards, investors, governments, partners, and operators.
  • Practical market activation anchored in timing, credibility, and aligned stakeholder execution.
